I just got done looking through all the pages of this beautiful guide and found it to be one of the best resources on Keto I have! I'm a visual person, so I love all the graphics and boxes with text. It makes it very easy to read, follow, and remember. My husband tried Keto about a year ago and did lose almost 40 pounds, but it became a bit overwhelming. We are trying again and I had already started simplifying the process because we have multiple food "issues" in our home and it's impossible to cook one meal for everyone. Plus my husband is super picky and has digestive issues. Since Olivia seems to have the same philosophy of keeping things simple, it's given me a lot of good ideas and recipes for him! I've only tried one so far (chocolate mousse), but it took about five minutes and was delicious! It's great to know I will be able to do a lot of the cooking in bulk and have things in the freezer for him ready to pull out depending on his mood and digestive state.
