Digital Downloaded Products

We will send our products over the internet by download.

Downloads should occur once checkout is complete but you will also be sent an email confirming your purchase that will contain a download link.

Please note that we recommend downloading your purchases on a desktop or laptop since phones and tablets often have difficulty downloading (and unzipping) large files.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
• A few minutes after purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a "view your files" link which goes to the downloads page where you can download all the files associated with your order.
• Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.
• You will also receive a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails.
• Once you have downloaded the pdf you can access the files and add them to any app or program that accepts pdfs.
• Make as many copies as you wish for yourself. Not for resale. For personal, non-commercial use only.

Refund Policy on Digital Products

We stand behind Our digital products and your satisfaction with them is important to Us. However, because Our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, We generally offer no refunds.

If You change your mind about a purchase and You have not downloaded our product, We will happily refund upon Your request.

Refund requests made after You have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of Your original purchase.

If you live outside the United States, the appropriate laws for refunds and returns in your location would apply.

Physical Custom Printed Products

We have partnered with Tee-launch to bring our digital print designs to life. All print design are made by Olivia Wyles, LLC and these designs are printed & fulfilled through our partner.

Please note these products have additional production time as they are custom and printed on demand to reduce inventory overhead and waste in landfills.

The production process:

Order is placed:

When an order is placed it can take several hours for this order to be batched into the Tee-launch system. Their app will batch orders every 4 hours. Once this order is in their system it goes through a series of checks and is then ready to be assigned to a print facility.

Order is Assigned a Print Facility:

Once your order has been assigned to a print facility the order is printed on paper and sent out onto the production floor. Once your order is in this phase we can not cancel or change the order.

Packaging and Shipping:

Once a printed order meets Tee-launch's quality control standards the item is packaged. Once packaged a shipping label is printed and the package is placed in a shipping bin to be picked up. Printing a shipping label triggers the tracking number and this is emailed to you. The shipping details are not updated till the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center. This could take 12-24 hours for the scans to show.

Production Times:

Please understand these are estimates and are not a guarantee on exact times. So many factors can play a role in these times that it is hard to give an exact number of days for each item. These are guidelines only. If you are looking for an exact time for an order or during a specific time of year, please email me at hello@oliviawyles.com.

During off-peak months orders are processed within 3-6 business days on average and ready for shipping.
During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days one average and ready for shipping.

Peak Times:

Year to year can be different. Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall deliver times for orders.

Refund and Return Policy on Physical Products

If there is a problem with Your custom printed physical product such as wrong color or it was damaged in the mail, We will exchange the product at no cost to You. Just send Us a picture of the item for quality control purposes and We will offer a refund or replacement, whichever You prefer.

If You change your mind about the item, it doesn't fit, it's not as expected, we will refund the full price of the order. You can keep or donate the item and there is no need to return to the warehouse as these items are custom printed and made-to-order only.

Claims damaged or misprinted products must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase if You live in the United States. For international customers, You have sixty (60) days to make a claim.

If you believe Your package is lost, please wait at least 10 delivery days of no movement before You reach out for a refund or replacement. For international order, please wait at least 30 days before making a claim for refund or replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
