●“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Refund Policy on Digital Products

We stand behind Our digital products and your satisfaction with them is important to Us. However, because Our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, We generally offer no refunds.

If You change your mind about a purchase and You have not downloaded our product, We will happily refund upon Your request. 

Refund requests made after You have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days Your original purchase.

If you live outside the United States, the appropriate laws for refunds and returns in your location would apply.

Refund and Return Policy on Physical Products

If there is a problem with Your custom printed physical product such as wrong color or it was damaged in the mail, We will exchange the product at no cost to You. Just send Us a picture of the item for quality control purposes and We will offer a refund or replacement, whichever You prefer.
 
If You change your mind about the item, it doesn't fit, it's not as expected, we will refund the full price of the order. You can keep or donate the item and there is no need to return to the warehouse as these items are custom printed and made-to-order only. 

Claims damaged or misprinted products must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase if You live in the United States. For international customers, You have sixty (60) days to make a claim. 

If you believe Your package is lost, please wait at least 10 delivery days of no movement before You reach out for a refund or replacement. For international order, please wait at least 30 days before making a claim for refund or replacement.
